The hardest part of any health journey is getting back on track when you have a “bad day”.

Too often people will eat one bad meal or have one bad day and figure they blew it so they throw in the towel and give up or say they will just restart next week.

When you have a strong why and deeper reason for wanting to be healthier, you will push through those bad days, work out when you don’t feel like it , and you will stay the course.

It doesn’t matter what I teach you or anyone else teaches you;  If the why isn’t deep enough and compelling enough, you won’t do the work or stick with it.
