Mashed Sweet Potatoes

This is my favorite Thanksgiving side dish and will likely be yours too!

Super easy with only 4 ingredients. Sweet, delicious and healthy.

5 sweet potatoes

1 Tbsp white miso

2 tsp maple syrup

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Peel and cut up sweet potatoes in quarters and place them in a pot to boil until tender. Remove sweet potatoes and cool slightly. Transfer to a large bowl and begin to mash. Add miso, maple syrup and cinnamon and mash to desired consistency.
