Baked Buffalo Cauliflower
Buffalo cauliflower is becoming a popular dish, being offered in several restaurants thee days. And for good reason…..it is delicious! However, these restaurants are deep frying the cauliflower, essentially ruining a healthy food. This version is baked and full of flavor but not fat and calories. This is a vegetable dish that actually improves with reheating. Reheat in the oven to make extra crispy. To cut the heat, serve with guacamole. Enjoy!

Place hot sauce in large shallow bowl , drizzle in the honey and toss the cooked cauliflower in the hot sauce until fully coated.
