Baked Teriyaki Chicken

This chicken dish is full of flavor, super moist, easy and delicious.

The whole family will love it and you will love how easy it is to make!

1 Tbsp Corn Starch

1 Tbsp cold water

½ cup white sugar

½  cup low-sodium soy sauce

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1 cloves garlic, crushed

1/4 tsp ginger

Pepper

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the cornstarch, cold water, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger and pepper. Let simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens and bubbles.

Place chicken pieces in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover chicken with several spoonful’s of the sauce. Turn pieces over, and cover other side. 

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Halfway through cooking, cover with remaining sauce.

Garnish with chopped green onions.
