Honey Dijon Salmon

Ingredients:

12 ounces salmon

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Quickly spray a baking dish with olive oil and place salmon in baking dish.

In a small cup, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt and pepper.

Pour marinade over the top of salmon and bake for 15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.

Makes 3 servings (4 ounces each before cooking)
