Marinated Flank Steak

This simple marinade adds tons of flavor for an easy steak dinner.

Ingredients:

40 ounces Beef Flank Steak, trimmed

1 clove Garlic

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1/2 teaspoon Thyme

2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar


Directions:

In a blender, combine the vinegar, oil, garlic, and thyme; puree until smooth.

Place the flank steak In a large ziplock bag (or sealed container) with the marinade and allow to sit for at least 15 minutes (longer is better if possible)

Heat a grill pan.

Season the steak with salt and pepper.

Grill over moderately high heat, turning once, until medium, about 8 minutes per side.

Transfer the steak to a board and let stand for 10 minutes.

Slice the steak, transfer to plates, and serve.

Makes 10 servings (3 ounces cooked each)
