Sauteed Zucchini and Squash

This quick and healthy dish is the perfect side for any summer barbeque.

Ingredients

2 Zucchini, chopped

2 Yellow Squash, chopped

1 pint cherry tomatoes, chopped

1 onion, chopped

Salt, pepper, oregano and basil

Directions:

Sautee chopped onion in a nonstick pan until becoming translucent.

Add tomatoes, zucchini and squash and cook until tomatoes start to break apart.

Season to taste with salt, pepper, oregano and basil.
