Protein Pesto Pasta Salad
If you like pesto, but want a healthier version, you will love this easy high protein pasta salad.
Ingredients:
8 ounces Banza pasta
2 cups broccoli, chopped
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
4 Tbsp Trader Joe’s Vegan Kale, Cashew, Basil Pesto
Directions:
Cook Pasta according to package.
Steam broccoli to desired tenderness. Roast tomatoes until they burst.
Mix broccoli, tomatoes, and pasta with pesto and serve.
