Buffalo Chicken Flatbread

This flatbread is quick, easy, and delicious!

It makes a perfect appetizer or even a complete meal, since it is perfectly balanced.

Ingredients:

One Brooklynn Bred Thin Pizza Crust

1 package Trader Joe’s Organic Chicken Breast

(6 ounces)

2 cloves garlic, crushed

2 Tbsp low fat Ranch dressing

1/3 cup hot sauce

1 tsp onion powder

1/4 cup part skim shredded mozzarella

3 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped


Directions:

Spread garlic on flatbread and bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.

While flatbread is cooking, toss entire package of Trader Joe’s organic chicken breast with onion powder and hot sauce.

Remove flatbread from oven. Spread ranch dressing evenly on top of crust. Top with chicken mixture and shreadded cheese. Return to oven until desired crsipiness (about 7 minutes)

Top with fresh cilantro and enjoy
